Refund policy

Because our products are fresh, made-to-order food, we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp (+91 97177 96509) or email fluffiesta@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund that item, your choice. Refunds go to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

Quality concerns: tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll review it personally.

No refunds for change of mind or partly eaten items.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 12 hours before baking or dispatch.

We can't refund undeliverable orders caused by a wrong address or unreachable phone, but we'll always try to find a fair solution.

We'll review your photo and confirm before replacing or refunding.

Minor variation in look or shape that doesn't affect taste isn't eligible for refund.
